FMCG Team Leader - Night Shift (Food Manufacturing)

New England Seafood International (NESI) is recruiting a Team Leader for our Chessington, Surrey facility. You will oversee daily factory teams, champion SPQDC, and drive safe, efficient production with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

We expect 2+ years in leadership within FMCG, solid GMP knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate technical, hygiene, engineering and supply chain colleagues.
