FMCG Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a senior operations leader to drive performance improvements across the site, engaging and developing teams, and embedding lean ways of working to meet customer expectations.

You will lead day-to-day operations, nurture site culture in line with Yeo Valley values, and monitor KPIs to sustain performance improvements across four dairies and two logistics centres in Somerset and Devon.
