FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner 
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00
Status: Temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner to join a busy facilities management operation based at the Sheffield head office.
This is a key coordination role, responsible for scheduling engineers, managing maintenance requests and ensuring high service levels are delivered to clients.
The Role - Scheduler / Planner- Acting as the first point of contact for service requests via phone, email and systems
- Logging and prioritising jobs using a CAFM system
- Scheduling reactive, planned and preventative maintenance works
- Coordinating engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs
- Monitoring job progress and updating systems accurately
- Supporting reporting, compliance records and general helpdesk administration
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling or planning role within FM or building services
- Confident using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work calmly in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Salary of £31,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Monday to Friday working hours
- Temp to perm opportunity
