FM Administrative Assistant

HMP Forest Bank Sodexo Justice Services

Are you organised, switched on and good under pressure? We're looking for an FM Administrative Assistant to keep our Maintenance Department running smoothly at HMP Forest Bank.

What you'll do
  • Be the admin backbone of the Maintenance team
  • Manage diaries, compliance records, training logs and contractor paperwork
  • Raise purchase orders and e permits (SAP & CAFM/Maximo)
  • Book contractors, visitors and deliveries
  • Support engineers, supervisors and managers daily
  • Keep everything accurate, compliant and on time
What you'll need
  • Strong Word & Excel skills
  • Brilliant organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence juggling tasks in a busy environment
  • Great communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Experience in admin, compliance or FM (ideal, not essential)
