FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative

ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a well-established printing and packaging company based in Bradford, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence to join our client's day shift team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling tasks related to stock management, materials handling, and logistics. This position involves forklift truck driving/loading and requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining an organised warehouse environment.Job Title: FLT Driver (Days)Location: Shipley BD17Salary: £13.50 per hour with option for overtime.Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to FridayEmployment Type: Temp to PermKey Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently to move materials around the site.
• Build pallets and prepare goods for shipment.
• Perform accurate picking and packing of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct regular equipment checks.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Transport goods between departments and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach).
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
