Floor Supervisor & Retail Sales Coach

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer enjoys a quality in-store experience and to act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates while keeping store operations flowing and sales strong.

The role includes opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, strong product knowledge and brand representation, with a focus on maintaining brand displays and data-driven decisions. Weekend availability required.
