Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
As a Floor Manager, you'll take responsibility for daily service and the guest journey on your section. From briefings and table management to supporting the wider front-of-house team, you'll ensure service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Who we are looking for:
- 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or floor management role
- Excellent knowledge of premium service standards
- Confident leading a team on the floor and managing guest flow
- Experience supporting with rota planning and floor operations

The on target earning potential for this role is £52,065 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £33,930, plus a qualified estimate of £18,135 in gratuities and service charge.
