Floor Manager - Lead Service & Team Growth in Brasserie

La Nouvelle Garde is hiring a Floor Manager in London to lead each shift, ensuring outstanding service from guest arrival to table departure. You will coordinate with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to oversee day to day front of house and ensure smooth collaboration with the kitchen.

You will guide and coach the team, maintain high standards of hospitality and service, and drive bookings and guest satisfaction across every service.
