Floor-Lead General Manager for Premium Dining

MJMK Restaurants is seeking a hands-on General Manager for Luso, our Portuguese restaurant on Charlotte Street in London. You will own the guest experience, lead the floor, work closely with the head chef and wine team, and drive the site's commercial performance.

You will recruit and develop the team, uphold Michelin-standard standards, manage P&L, labour and costs, and represent the brand across service. A premium dining background with 2-4 years' GM experience is preferred.
