Flood Test & Clean Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver potable tank flood testing programme.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality and Water Hygiene requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and influence a positive culture.
• Ensure all potable tanks receive the same level of care.
• Capture accurate and timely assurance data for asset condition grading and investment planning.
• Collaborate with the Potable Tank Assurance Specialist and Treatment Teams.
• Ensure safety and environmental protection during flood tests.
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep the programme on track.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of working with potable water tanks.
• Suitable health, safety, environmental and qualifications.
• Hold a Water Hygiene Blue Card.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling in enclosed area entry duties.
• Understanding of water and distribution systems and processes.
• Understanding of water quality sampling methods.
• Full UK driving licence.
