Floating Support Worker: Empower Independence (Driver)

Discovery is seeking a Floating Support Worker in North Somerset to support adults with learning disabilities and autism across a range of homes and services. The role offers real variety, working across different settings to help people live independently and with confidence.

You'll drive to placements, adapt to early, late and sleep-in shifts, and join a supportive team focused on meaningful, rewarding work. DBS required and full training provided.
