Floating Support & Progression Officer - Bradford Housing

Centrepoint in Bradford is seeking two Floating Support & Progression Officers to join our Highfield Terrace team. You will act as a keyworker, supporting vulnerable young people aged 18-25 in semi-independent accommodation to progress towards independent living.

You'll develop personalised support plans, help access education, training and employment, and advocate for service access while maintaining safeguarding and high wellbeing standards. Shift rota includes early/late and weekends.
