Flight Crew Manager: Lead a 200-Pilot Team to Safety

慨正橡扯 is seeking a Flight Crew Manager to lead a team of around 200 pilots in Hounslow. This role requires strong leadership to promote a culture of safety and inclusion while managing operational performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in people management within aviation, supporting trade union relationships, and must be proficient in Office 365.
