Overview

We are currently seeking experienced healthcare professionals to support our Dermatology weekend clinic and procedure sessions.

  • Dermatology Consultants

  • Registered Nurses with Dermatology experience

  • Healthcare Support Workers with clinic experience (Dermatology preferred)

Main duties of the job

  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients attending Dermatology clinics

  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical and professional practice

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent continuity of care

  • Contribute to service delivery, improvement, and patient experience initiatives

  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the values of PHL Synaptik and the NHS

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of two years experience within Dermatology or a closely related specialty

  • Demonstrated record of high-quality clinical care and patient safety

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Desirable Criteria

  • Prior experience in an in-sourcing or elective recovery setting

  • Familiarity with NHS systems and processes
