Flexible Risk & Compliance Lawyer - Governance

Abacus Careers in Belfast is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE to join the Compliance team. The role focuses on strategic, firm-wide governance work and partnership matters rather than traditional billable targets.

You will handle partnership issues from lateral hires to retirements, maintain governance documents, and manage practising certificates and PI notifications, while advising on SRA and Law Society matters and reviewing policies across the firm.
