Flexible Residential Childcare Worker (Casual)

Headway Adolescent Resources is seeking Residential Child Care Workers to join our new residential home in Bristol on a casual basis. This role offers ad-hoc shift coverage with flexible hours and no contractual obligations.

You will work with young people with challenging behaviour, requiring you to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organized, and you will provide a high standard of childcare to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.
