Flexible Relief Support Practitioner for Youth Transition

Ark Housing Association Ltd in Perth/Blairgowrie is seeking Relief Support Practitioners to assist young people transitioning to adulthood. You'll provide social, emotional and practical support, help with life skills, tenancy basics, and group activities, with flexible shifts and no contracted hours.

Some experience in care or social support is helpful, but full training is provided. Vacancies exist in both Perth and Blairgowrie, with option for evenings and weekends.
