Job Description

Serve Legal is recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, including reporting on the customer experience after a purchase.

This is a part-time, flexible role that can fit around other work or education. Audits are allocated in nearby batches; pay is per audit and aligned with Real Living Wage. Applicants aged 16+ are welcome.
