Full-time Early Years Practitioner

40 hours per week, All year round.

Position Details
  • Title: Early Years Educator
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (option to condense 40 hours over 4 days)
  • Salary Level (Unqualified 18-20 yrs): £20,800 - £21,528
  • Salary Level (Unqualified 21 yrs & over): £25,584 - £25,896
  • Salary level 2: £26,000 - £26,520
  • Salary Level 3: £26,832 - £28,912
About Our Nursery

We are a family run business with over 25 years of experience and eight beautiful nurseries across Buckinghamshire and West London. Our Hanwell setting, situated in an active Children's Centre, offers thoughtfully designed rooms, exceptional resources and exciting outdoor gardens. What we are looking for

We seek a special individual who, with a full and relevant early years qualification, brings fun, laughter, warmth and a genuine passion for early years education to children, families and the team.

Essential qualifications: A relevant early years qualification (EYFS, QTS etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum tailored to each child
  • Creating inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces that promote exploration and independence
  • Building strong bonds as a key person, supporting children's development and working closely with families
  • Supporting calm, inclusive routines such as mealtimes and transitions
  • Making meaningful observations and assessments to inform planning
  • Contributing to reflective team meetings and ongoing quality improvement
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and staying up to date with best practice
