Choice Care is seeking a Bank Social Care Worker for ad-hoc night shifts (22:00-07:00) in Fareham. The role offers flexibility to fit personal commitments, with in-house training provided on start.

You'll work with our permanent team to support residents, participate in activities, and help ensure their safety, happiness, and fulfilling lives. Expect to provide personal care, assist with daily activities, maintain records, and follow care plans.
