Flexible Level 3 Early Years Educator - Long-Term Roles

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join a range of nurseries in the Bromley borough on long-term supply roles starting September 2026. You will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, observing progress, building relationships with children and families, and ensuring safe, inclusive EYFS practice. We welcome experienced practitioners or those newly qualified.
