Flexible Front of House Manager - Nursery Ops Lead

N Family Club in Surrey is seeking a Flexi Front of House Manager to lead front of house operations across multiple nurseries. You will manage the kitchen and cleaning teams, handle rotas, budgets, and procurement, and flexibly cover shifts to support open hours from early morning to evening.

You'll drive parent communications, manage occupancy targets, and support HR, marketing, and events teams. A proactive, energetic leader with strong ICT and budgeting skills is ideal.
