Flexible Front of House Manager - Early Years Ops

N Family Club Winchester is looking for a Flexi Front of House Manager to lead front-of-house operations across the nursery, including kitchen and cleaning teams, rotas, budgets and procurement. You will ensure outstanding experiences for parents and children every day, while maintaining service standards.

You will act as the face of the nursery, handle parent communications within SLAs, support Go Beyond initiatives, and contribute to a welcoming, well-run environment across varied shifts.
