Flexible Front of House Lead - Nursery Operations

N Family Club in Reading, Berkshire is seeking a Flexi Front of House Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and operational activities across the nursery. You'll be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children, and coordinating a warm, efficient reception and communications flow.

You will supervise the Nursery Operations team, manage budgets and rotas, coordinate procurement, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting flexible shift patterns to cover opening hours and events.
