Flexible Early Intervention Youth Worker

Leicestershire County Council's Youth & Justice Service is hiring an Early Intervention Youth Worker to support children aged 11+ and their families. Based at County Hall, you will build trusting relationships, carry out referrals to partner agencies, and deliver targeted one-to-one interventions to help children cope and stay safe.

You will work with multi agency partners, advocate for children, attend meetings, and contribute to service development.
