Flexible Community Support Worker for Mental Health

Social Interest Group (SIG) in Luton is seeking a Bank Project Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across Roots projects. You will work with our dedicated teams to support participants with mental health, wellbeing, substance use and complex support needs, helping them build confidence, independence and connect with opportunities in their local community.

This is a flexible bank role, so shifts will be offered in line with participant needs and Roots service requirements rather
