Flexible Community Support Worker - Learning Disabilities

Empanda is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the team across Mulbarton and Dereham. You will assess needs, develop care plans and support customers with personal care, budgeting, meals and daily tasks.

Role includes helping clients access health services, promote independence and engage in community activities. The job requires a valid driving license and car, with flexible rota including sleep-ins and evenings/weekends.
