Flexible Caseworker, Home Improvement Agency (DFG)

Westmorland and Furness Council is offering a Home Improvement Agency role to support Disabled Facilities Grants across Barrow and surrounding areas. You will help older, disabled and vulnerable residents live safely and independently by guiding the DFG process and coordinating with therapists and contractors.

The role involves handling referrals, triaging enquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing policies. A flexible, proactive approach and strong IT skills are essential.
