Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead a team of Employment Advisers from our Derby office. You will drive performance, oversee daily operations and manage office functions, ensuring service quality and KPI delivery.

You will also develop staff through training and coaching, build strong relationships with stakeholders to optimise Restart referrals, and oversee monthly P&L forecasting while identifying opportunities to upskill local communities.
