Flexible Benefits Delivery Lead

Isio is seeking a Flexible Benefits Delivery Manager to drive the design, delivery and renewal of Flexible Benefits for mid-sized and large corporate clients. You will collaborate with Client Managers, Directors and benefit partners across Isio offices to shape implementations and shareholder value.

You will oversee end-to-end projects, coordinate junior colleagues, and maintain high client satisfaction while staying connected to market developments in UK employee benefits.
