Job Description

Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Cleckheaton. This flexible, sessional role suits ACPs with autonomous clinical assessment and urgent care experience.

You will join established clinical teams delivering ACP-led sessions, acute assessments and triage, with safe prescribing within competence and thorough documentation. Independent Prescribing (V300) is desirable and Enhanced DBS is required.
