Flexforce Staffing & Deployment Lead

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Flexforce Operations Lead to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring scalable bank worker coverage across the Group. You will deploy staff to homes and shifts, respond quickly to Home Manager requests, and maintain accurate compliance records.

You will collaborate with Regional Recruiters and Onboarding to grow the Flexforce workforce and optimize deployment ahead of demand and peaks. This role offers chance to influence workforce strategy within HC-One.
