We are looking for a Fleet Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support of the Fleet Procurement & Purchasing Department
  • Coordination and monitoring of vehicle orders and related documentation
  • Data entry, reporting, and maintenance of procurement records
  • Communication with internal departments and external partners
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks
  • Supporting day-to-day operational needs of the department
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (AEI/TEI) in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
  • Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
