Fleet Performance Leader: Reliability & Planning

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Fleet Planning & Performance Manager to lead our Fleet Control function, shaping maintenance planning, technical support and continuous improvement. You will drive performance, availability and safety across the rolling stock fleet, partnering with operations, Network Rail, ROSCOs and industry stakeholders.

You will lead a 35-strong fleet team, develop maintenance strategies to maximise fleet availability while controlling costs, and foster a culture of
