Fleet Operations & Customer Service Lead

Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer seeks a Customer Service Executive/Fleet Controller to ensure a high-quality truck and trailer rental service. You will coordinate prep, deliveries, collections and inspections, keeping vehicles compliant, clean and ready for hire.

Working with Engineering, Fleet Services and branches, you'll resolve issues, manage maintenance schedules and support invoicing and branch operations. A full UK driving licence and strong MS Office skills are essential.
