Fleet & Waste Operations Training & Compliance Lead

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Operational Training and Compliance Officer (Fleet & Waste) to support Rugby Borough Council. The role focuses on delivering a structured training programme, competency matrices, inductions, and driver assessments to enhance safety and compliance across frontline teams.

You will implement training across fleet, waste, highways and local authority operations, ensuring accurate records and robust coaching to reduce incidents and improve
