Essentials: 3+ years' experience in fleet/plant management within construction, strong MS Office skills, excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities
Location: Dublin city centre
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000

Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Fleet & Plant Coordinator to manage company-wide fleet and plant operations. This role will oversee compliance, vehicle allocation, equipment tracking, and accurate cost reporting, while also supporting new systems to improve efficiency across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fleet compliance, allocation, maintenance schedules, and accident reporting
• Act as primary point of contact for insurers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Track and report on fleet and plant performance, costs, and supplier SLAs
• Oversee plant and equipment inventories across multiple sites, ensuring proper use and maintenance
• Support system improvements to enhance tracking, reporting, and process efficiency
