Fleet & Compliance Operations Lead

Veolia Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Northampton to oversee day to day compliance and safe, efficient waste operations. The role covers site checks, fleet and risk assessments, and interaction with R&A and depot teams to maintain high service standards.

The position is full time, based in Northampton with potential travel to Peterborough. Salary is £36,250 per annum plus a performance bonus, with pension contributions and ongoing training opportunities.
