Fleet & Compliance Director - Net Zero Logistics

Co-op Digital is seeking a General Manager - Fleet & Compliance to lead our national fleet strategy, governance and performance. You will oversee approximately 2,000 vehicles and 1,000+ MHE, ensuring safe, compliant operations while shaping sustainability and future fleet investments.

You'll drive regulatory compliance, engage with suppliers and regulators, and lead a high performing team to deliver continuous improvement across logistics and the wider business.
