Flagship Store Manager - Lead Team & Drive Sales

Clarks in Manchester is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, recruit and develop staff, and monitor KPIs to boost revenue. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays and strong communication across teams.
