Flagship Store Deputy Manager - Lead & Inspire Sales

Retail Human Resources plc on Oxford Street is seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join the flagship store. You will lead a team of 12 and work hands-on on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on coaching, driving sales and KPI targets, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting recruitment and training. A passion for fashion/lingerie and premium service is advantageous.
