Flagship Retail Store Manager - Fresh Food Leader (Sligo)

Blue Forge Recruitment is partnering with a flagship Convenience Supermarket Group in Sligo to recruit a Retail Store Manager for a busy Fresh Food-focused store. The role requires leading a team of over 40 staff, driving daily sales, managing costs and ensuring high retail standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in retail store leadership, strong P&L knowledge, and the ability to coach Assistant Managers and department leaders while maintaining HACCP and health & safety compliance.
