Flagship Leisure Centre Duty Manager - Lead Team & Service

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Duty Manager for a leisure centre in St Albans, England. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring health and safety and driving customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate should have experience in leisure operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team. Training for National Pool Lifeguard and First Aid certification will be provided if not already qualified.
