Fixed term Nanny required in North Devon

Overview

A fun and reliable Nanny is required as an extra pair of hands while the family are on holiday in North Devon, near Woolacombe. Dad is on holiday with his five children aged 10 years, twins of 8 years and a 5 and 3 year old. He is looking for someone to help mainly in the care of the younger two children, going to the beach, day trips out, and engaging in fun activities at the holiday home. The children like to be busy, spending time outdoors, hunting for shells, rock pooling and swimming. They would like to find a confident Nanny who is happy to work alongside Dad to ensure the children are safe and have a fun and memorable holiday.

Job Details

• Working hours: 9am-5pm

• Salary: £17 gross per hour

Responsibilities

Care for the younger two children, plan and support beach outings, day trips and outdoor activities such as shell hunting, rock pooling and swimming. Ensure the children's safety, provide engaging and enjoyable experiences, and work alongside the father to create a memorable holiday.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in childcare
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) certificate
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the update service
• Minimum 2 professional referees, including current or last employer, both immediately contactable
