THG Ingenuity in Northwich is seeking a Fixed Term - Customer Operations Advisor for 3-6 months to act as the central contact for resolving customer and site issues. You will handle invoices and refunds and engage directly with customers on our websites and social platforms.

Join a supportive team with brand training and practical tasks focused on delivering professional service. Shifts are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with a 1 in 4 weekend; start date in November.
