Fitness Manager - Lead Gym Team & Member Experience

The Gym Group is seeking a proactive Fitness Manager for our Glasgow Forge Gym. You will support the General Manager to run daily operations, lead a team of fitness trainers and enhance member experience with engaging workouts and top-notch service.

You will own the class timetable, upskill the team, and focus on driving commercial performance while upholding health, safety and hygiene standards. Based in Glasgow Forge with opportunities for development.
