Salary: £45,000 per annum (UK Equivalent Tax Free)

We're hiring a Fitness Manager to lead one of Kuwait's most exclusive health clubs.

This is a key role within our business. You'll be fully responsible for the commercial performance of the fitness department, including:

• Personal Training Sales (PTS)
• Personal Training Conductions (PTC)
• Group Exercise Penetration & Occupancy
• InBody and ancillary income sales

You'll also oversee:

• Scheduling & class planning
• Event planning and execution
• Team training and development
• Performance management
• Department budgeting, forecasting & KPI tracking

Minimum Requirement: 2 years of experience managing all the areas listed above.
