Our diversity is our strength, with more than 130 languages spoken, making Lambeth the home of the Windrush generation, London's largest LGBTQ+ community, and a thriving Portuguese-speaking community.

With exceptional schools, lush green spaces including Brockwell Park, cultural gems like the Black Cultural Archives, and world-renowned institutions such as St Thomas's Hospital, Lambeth offers an enriching and dynamic environment.

The post sits within the Resident & Commercial Services division which is responsible for a range of customer facing services such as Leisure (Active Lambeth), Libraries, Registrars, Parking & Network Management as well as capital delivery projects.

Active Lambeth transferred in-house on 1st April 2023. The in-house team is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, including day to day operations, sales, marketing & customer services, policies & procedures.

There are 6 gyms across the leisure estate with a range of cardio and resistance equipment. Many have been recently refurbished, and Active Lambeth wants to ensure that members get the most out of their gym experience.
