We are looking for qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructors and Level 3 Personal Trainers to join our flexible fitness team across London.

This is a great opportunity for fitness professionals who want greater control over when they work. Rather than being tied to a fixed weekly rota, you can choose available shifts that fit around your schedule and manage your bookings through an easy-to-use app.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience for gym members
• Supporting members with their fitness goals, training needs and general gym enquiries
• Conducting gym inductions and helping members understand how to use equipment safely
• Supporting members with appropriate training programmes and exercise guidance
• Completing daily gym floor checks and ensuring equipment is safe and operational
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gym
• Completing basic gym administration and operational tasks
• Following all required health and safety procedures
• Delivering gym floor support and group exercise sessions where required
• Creating a friendly, professional and positive environment for members

Qualifications Required

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• First Aid at Work certificate - or willingness to complete the required training
• Enhanced DBS check - preferred, or willingness to undertake one
• A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills
