Fitness Duty Manager - Lead Teams & Healthier Communities

Halo Leisure Services Ltd in Tondu is seeking a Duty Manager - Fitness to join our community gym and leisure facilities on a fixed-term basis until December 2026. The role is full-time (39.5 hours) with an hourly salary listing of £14.18.

You will lead a busy centre, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage a small team, and maintain a positive, proactive environment. A three-month supervisory background and basic IT skills (Google Docs/Sheets) are required.
